📋 Description

• Lead training and technical assistance initiatives that strengthen the implementation of
• Coordinate facilitator onboarding, skills development, refresher sessions, coaching cycles, and
• Support implementation monitoring through observations, fidelity assessments, check-ins, and
• Identify strengths, barriers, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable
• Contribute to the development, review, and refinement of training materials, facilitator guides
• Ensure materials align with evidence-based practices, developmental needs, cultural relevance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum and instruction, public health, social work, human
• At least five years of experience designing, delivering, or evaluating curriculum-based training
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices, positive youth development, prevention
• Experience leading curriculum implementation, facilitator onboarding, training sessions, coaching
• Ability to assess program implementation through observations, fidelity tools, performance
• Ability to translate complex program requirements into practical guidance, implementation tools
