Youth Education Navigator

📋 Description

• Identify and engage youth at risk of not completing their secondary education.
• Develop individualized education plans that align with academic and career goals.
• Facilitate access to tutoring, GED/HSED programs, vocational training, and precollege initiatives.
• Connect youth to career exploration opportunities including job shadowing, internships, and
• Refer youth to life skills programs covering financial literacy, time management, communication
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and W-2 staff to ensure coordinated support.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Education, Youth Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with youth in educational or social service
• Knowledge of secondary education systems and alternative degree pathways.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
