Youth Employment Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Assist Director with operational planning and execution of the Mayor's Summer Youth Employment
• Implement the comprehensive program timeline, including registration, employer onboarding
• Ensure compliance with all local policies, work permit regulations, and documentation requirements
• Prepare and submit required activity, compliance, fiscal and performance reports in a timely manner
• Maintain administrative oversight of the program budget and monitor expenditures
• Review and approve timesheets prior to submission to Director for final review and processing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human services, or related field preferred; equivalent
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Customer-focused service delivery commitment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, management, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-employer partner sites
