Youth Empowerment Coaches - Bilingual Preferred (Irving Center) Onsite

📋 Description

• Manages a caseload of participants and provides counseling and mentoring.
• Assesses competencies, work history, education, skills; identifies barriers.
• Conducts regular one-on-one meetings for job search, education, readiness.
• Develops an employment plan with short- and long-term goals.
• Maintains participant files and tracks employment retention.
• Provides job search assistance and referrals at each meeting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of case management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Familiarity with local communities, needs, and resources.
• 1-3 years’ experience in workforce development preferred.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and proof of liability insurance.
