Conduct intake and needs assessments with youth participants
Develop action plans that reflect client goals related to employment, education, and skill
Facilitate youth-focused workshops and job readiness activities
Provide mentorship and encouragement to promote sustained participation
Refer participants to supportive services including mental health, housing, or childcare as needed
Monitor progress toward goals and update service plans as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors degree in Social Work, Youth Development, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience working with disconnected or vulnerable youth populations
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and group facilitation skills
Familiarity with trauma-informed and youth-centered service models
