🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in YouTube channel management or development

• Strong written and verbal communication; distill ideas into engaging content
• Data-driven with ability to drive content decisions using metrics
• Experience managing creative teams and production workflows
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
