• Maintain a cohesive visual system across the channel: typography, color, layout, and branding.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails, ideally at volume.
• Strong portfolio showing composition and performance-driven thumbnails.
• High level experience with Photoshop, Figma, or Illustrator.
• Sharp eye for typography, color, contrast, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong photo editing and compositing skills (cutouts, retouching, backgrounds).
• Versatility across formats from thumbnails to banners, community posts, and promotional graphics.
• Solid understanding of what drives clicks: curiosity, clarity, and emotion.
• Comfort working with data and feedback, and iterating quickly.
• High attentiveness to details and proactiveness.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with tech/AI/web-building space is a plus.
