🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong YouTube portfolio
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Frame.io
• Strong storytelling instincts with pacing, retention, and audience engagement
• Experience editing educational, creator, business, or brand content
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with producers and creative teams
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bonus: After Effects and motion graphics experience; SaaS/creator economy edits
