ZA Operations Associate- Night Shift

📋 Description

• Handle day-to-day backend ops: query resolution, content mgmt, escalations
• Monitor and manage Customer Service operations
• Analyze CS processes to identify performance improvements
• Handle level 2/3 escalations; analyze data and history
• Escalate to Product, Technology, Trading and Payments teams as needed
• Reconcile online payments and monitor PSP success rates

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• 1+ years of general experience in E-commerce or related online companies
• 1+ years in Level 2 Support or Payment/Tech specialist in gaming; interest in sports preferred
• Detail-oriented
• Analytics-driven; able to work flexible shifts incl. holidays/weekends
