Collaborate with providers, banks and internal teams to resolve payment issues.
Improve workflows to speed up processing, cut costs, reduce errors.
Analyze payment trends to propose new methods or changes.
Support implementation of new payment solutions and technologies.
Monitor transactions for suspicious activity; work with fraud/compliance on AML/KYC.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
2+ years in payment operations, fraud, or risk mgmt in fintech/e‑commerce.
Strong understanding of payment processing, fraud prevention, risk management.
Experience with payment gateways, PSPs, fraud detection systems.
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; collaborate across teams.
