• Plan and execute retention campaigns for SA users.
• Monitor retention, reactivation, ROI; report findings.
• Collaborate with product/analytics to improve retention tools.
• Ensure regional offers are on time and competitive.
• Coordinate with external partners on campaigns.
• Support personalization and automation with regional input.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 2+ years in retention, CRM, or customer lifecycle
• iGaming experience preferred
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset
• Excellent English communication skills
• Familiarity with retention and marketing automation tools preferred
