📋 Description

• Investigate and monitor fraud queues using defined rules.
• Work shift-based to ensure detection and prevention of fraud.
• Action fraud alerts in back-office system promptly to minimize loss.
• Monitor investigations for quality and apply root cause analysis.
• Engage with stakeholders to improve processes.
• Identify gaps in processes and systems to mitigate risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years experience in Gambling industry.
• 2-3 years experience in fraud prevention, detection and investigation.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment and shifts.
