📋 Description

• Lead Zoho implementation projects from discovery through delivery.
• Translate client requirements into Zoho-based solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement Zoho apps (CRM, Desk, Books, Projects, Creator).
• Develop technical specs, architectures, and implementation plans.
• Lead implementation activities and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct testing, QA, and issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business Systems or equivalent.
• 3+ years as Zoho Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Proven Zoho CRM and business app implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, Projects, Creator.
• Experience customizing Zoho solutions for requirements.
• CRM processes, workflow automation, integrations, APIs, webhooks.
