📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Zoho CRM modules (fields, layouts, permissions, workflows)
• Manage Zoho Bigin pipelines, teams, roles, and workflows; support integrations
• Maintain data integrity via cleaning, dedup, imports/exports, sync, audits
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor leads, pipelines, and customer lifecycle
• Train users and develop CRM documentation and best practices
• Ensure CRM processes meet privacy and data protection requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin setup, customization, workflows, automation
• Strong data management: maintenance, hygiene, sync, integrations
• Ability to build dashboards, reports, and insights from CRM data
• Experience training users and creating process docs
• Proactive mindset; identify improvements and optimize processes
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
