📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, permissions, workflows, and dashboards.
• Manage Zoho Bigin pipelines, teams, roles, workflows; support integrations.
• Maintain data integrity with cleaning, deduplication, imports/exports, and sync.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor leads, pipelines, and lifecycle.
• Train users and develop documentation and best-practice guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage access controls, permissions, and security.

🎯 Requirements

• Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin setup, customization, workflows, and automation.
• Strong data management: record maintenance, hygiene, synchronization, integrations.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical insights from CRM data.
• Experience supporting users, delivering training, and creating process documentation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent English; additional languages (German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish) preferred.
