📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, permissions, and dashboards.
• Manage Zoho Bigin pipelines, teams, roles, and workflows.
• Ensure data quality with cleaning, deduplication, imports/exports, and audits.
• Create reports and dashboards to track leads, pipelines, and customer lifecycle.
• Train users and develop best-practice guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage access controls and security settings.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin setup, customization, workflows, and automation.
• Strong data management: record maintenance, hygiene, synchronization, and integrations.
• Ability to build dashboards, reports, and insights from CRM data.
• Experience supporting users, delivering training, and creating process documentation.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages preferred.
• Proactive mindset to identify improvements and optimize processes.
