📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Zoho CRM modules (fields, layouts, permissions).
• Build and optimize workflows and automations; manage Zoho Bigin pipelines.
• Maintain data integrity with cleaning, dedup, imports, and sync.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor leads, pipelines, and lifecycle.
• Train users and develop best-practice documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues; manage access controls and security settings.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin: setup, customization, workflows, automation.
• Strong data management: maintenance, hygiene, synchronization, integrations.
• Ability to build dashboards, reports, and analytical insights from CRM data.
• Experience training users and creating process documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Fluent English; additional languages (German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish) preferred.
