• Configure Zoho CRM modules: fields, layouts, permissions, workflows, dashboards.
• Manage Zoho Bigin pipelines, teams, roles, and workflows; support integrations.
• Maintain CRM data integrity via cleaning, dedup, imports/exports, audits.
• Create reports and dashboards for lead gen, pipelines, lifecycle.
• Train users and develop docs and best-practice guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues; ensure privacy/compliance of CRM processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin setup, customization, workflows, and automation.
• Strong data management: record maintenance, hygiene, sync, integrations.
• Build dashboards, reports, and insights from CRM data.
• Train users and create process documentation.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages preferred.
• Proactive mindset to identify improvements and optimize processes.
