📋 Description

• Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM modules including fields, layouts, permissions, dashboards.
• Manage Zoho Bigin pipelines, teams, roles, and workflows; support integrations.
• Maintain data integrity with cleaning, deduplication, imports/exports, and synchronization.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor leads, pipelines, and lifecycle.
• Train users, support adoption, and develop documentation and best-practice guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues; manage access controls, permissions, and security settings.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin setup, customization, workflows, and automation.
• Strong data management: record maintenance, hygiene, synchronization, and integrations.
• Ability to build dashboards, reports, and analytical insights from CRM data.
• Experience training users and creating process documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset to identify improvements and optimize processes.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; additional languages preferred.
