📋 Description

• Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM modules: fields, layouts, perms, workflows, automations, dashboards.
• Manage Zoho Bigin pipelines, teams, roles, and workflows; support integrations with tools.
• Maintain data integrity via cleaning, dedup, imports/exports, sync, and audits.
• Create reports and dashboards for leads, pipelines, and customer lifecycle.
• Train users, support adoption, and develop docs and best-practice guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues; manage access controls, security settings, and privacy compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin setup, customization, workflows, and automation.
• Strong data management: records, hygiene, synchronization, and integrations.
• Ability to build dashboards, reports, and analytical insights from CRM data.
• Experience training users and creating process documentation.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional language skills preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; proactive and improvement-oriented.
