📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Zoho CRM modules and workflows
• Manage Zoho Bigin pipelines, teams, roles, and integrations
• Ensure data integrity with cleaning, deduplication, imports, and sync
• Build reports and dashboards for pipelines and customer lifecycle
• Train users and create docs for best practices
• Troubleshoot issues and manage access controls and security

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin setup, customization, workflows, and automation
• Strong data management, including hygiene, synchronization, and integrations
• Ability to build dashboards, reports, and analytical insights from CRM data
• Experience supporting users, delivering training, and creating process docs
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Proactive in identifying improvements; fluent English
