📋 Description

• Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM modules (fields, layouts, permissions).
• Manage Zoho Bigin pipelines, teams, roles, workflows; support integrations.
• Maintain data integrity with cleaning, deduplication, imports/exports, sync, audits.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor leads, pipelines, and lifecycle.
• Train users; support adoption; develop docs and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues; manage access controls, permissions, and security.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin setup, customization, workflows, and automation.
• Strong data management: record maintenance, data hygiene, synchronization, and integrations.
• Ability to build dashboards, reports, and analytical insights from CRM data.
• Experience supporting users, delivering training, and creating process documentation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with ability to identify improvements and optimize processes.
