📋 Description

• Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM modules (fields, layouts, permissions)
• Manage Zoho Bigin pipelines, teams, roles, and workflows; support integrations
• Maintain CRM data integrity with cleaning, dedup, imports/exports, sync
• Create reports and dashboards for leads, pipelines, lifecycle
• Train users; support adoption; develop docs and best practices
• Troubleshoot access, security, and privacy controls
• Align CRM processes with privacy and data protection requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin setup, customization, workflows, automation
• Strong data management: hygiene, synchronization, integrations
• Build dashboards, reports, and insights from CRM data
• Support users, deliver training, and create process docs
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset to identify improvements and optimize processes
• Fluent English; additional languages preferred
