📋 Description

• Configure Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, permissions, and dashboards.
• Manage Zoho Bigin pipelines, teams, roles, and workflows with integrations.
• Maintain data integrity: cleaning, dedup, imports/exports, sync.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor leads, pipelines, and lifecycle.
• Train users and support adoption; develop best-practice docs.
• Troubleshoot issues; manage access controls and security settings.
• Ensure CRM processes align with privacy and data protection.

🎯 Requirements

• Zoho CRM and Bigin setup, customization, workflows, automation.
• Data management: records, hygiene, synchronization, and integrations.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical insights from CRM data.
• Experience training users and creating process documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proactive in identifying improvements and optimizing processes.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Additional fluency in German, French, Portuguese, Italian, or Spanish preferred.
