• Maintain CRM data integrity via cleaning, deduplication, imports/exports, and sync.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor leads, pipelines, and customer lifecycle.
• Train users, support adoption, and develop best-practice documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues; manage access controls and security settings.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin setup, customization, workflows, and automation.
• Strong data management: record maintenance, data hygiene, synchronization, and integrations.
• Ability to build dashboards, reports, and insights from CRM data.
• Experience supporting users, delivering training, and creating process docs.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset to identify improvements and optimize processes.
