• Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM modules, including fields, layouts, permissions, workflows, automations, and dashboards.
• Manage Zoho Bigin pipelines, teams, roles, and workflows while supporting integrations with other tools.
• Maintain CRM data integrity through cleaning, deduplication, imports, exports, synchronization, and regular audits.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor lead generation, sales pipelines, and customer lifecycle performance.
• Train users, support CRM adoption, and develop documentation and best-practice guidelines.
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage access controls, permissions, and security settings.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin setup, customization, workflows, and automation.
• Strong data management skills, including record maintenance, data hygiene, synchronization, and integrations.
• Ability to build effective dashboards, reports, and analytical insights from CRM data.
• Experience supporting users, delivering training, and creating process documentation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvements and optimize processes.
