📋 Description

• Configure and customize Zoho One apps to meet business needs.
• Support integrations between Zoho One and third-party/internal systems.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support for Zoho apps.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and best practices.
• Participate in user training to promote adoption of Zoho solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Zoho One apps such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, SalesIQ, and related products.
• Understanding of application configuration, customization, and workflow automation within the Zoho platform.
• Familiarity with integrating business applications and supporting cloud-based software environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills.
