📋 Description

• Configure and customize Zoho One apps to meet business needs.
• Support integrations between Zoho One apps and third-party/internal systems.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for visibility and decisions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support for Zoho apps.
• Develop and maintain docs for configurations, workflows, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in CS/IT/Business Admin or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience with Zoho One apps such as Zoho CRM, Books, Desk, Creator, Analytics, SalesIQ.
• Understanding configuration, customization, and workflow automation in Zoho.
• Familiarity with integrating business apps and cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to collaborative projects.
