📋 Description

• Configure and customize Zoho One apps to meet business needs.
• Support integrations between Zoho One and third-party/internal apps.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to improve business visibility and decision-making.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support for Zoho apps.
• Develop and maintain docs for configurations, workflows, and best practices.
• Participate in user training to promote adoption of Zoho solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience with Zoho One apps (Zoho CRM/Books/Desk/Creator/Analytics/SalesIQ).
• Understanding of configuration, customization, and workflow automation in Zoho.
• Familiarity with integrating business apps and cloud-based environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating on projects.
