ZScaler SME Network Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Zscaler deployments (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, Zscaler Client
• Create, audit, and tune security policies including URL filtering, SSL/TLS inspection, DLP, and
• Execute ZPA access policies for least-privilege access to applications in AWS, Azure, GCP, and
• Provide Tier-3/4 escalation support for proxy routing, PAC file debugging, authentication drops
• Manage Zscaler Client Connector lifecycle: distribution, health checks, profile tuning, and version
• Support 24/7/365 on-call rotation for critical incidents, including implementing emergency changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) and SASE architectures.
• Experience with Zero Trust network access and least-privilege policies.
• Knowledge of IAM integrations (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity) and SAML/SCIM.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex network issues.
• Experience with SIEM tools like Splunk and Cribl.
• Ability to travel up to 20% within the United States.
