Der European Returns Lead ist verantwortlich für die Überwachung des Rücksendungsprozesses in der Region. Der ausgewählte Kandidat wird damit beauftragt sein, lokale Ressourcen zu überwachen und mit sowohl vor Ort als auch remote arbeitenden Teams zusammenzuarbeiten, um Prozess- und technische Herausforderungen zu lösen. Sie werden auch eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Verbesserung und Optimierung des globalen Rückgabe- und Refurbishment-Services für unsere Kunden spielen.

Organisieren und überwachen Sie den täglichen Betrieb des EU-Rückgabeteams, um eine nahtlose Koordination sicherzustellen. Überwachung des Teams bei der Durchführung von Triage, Identifizierung von Wurrsachen bei Bedarf und Sammeln von Daten für zurückgegebene Produkte. Formulierung von kurz- und langfristigen Zielen und Zielsetzungen für das Team. Überwachen und Analysieren von Leistungsmetriken und Anpassungen vornehmen, um sie mit Team- und Unternehmenszielen abzustimmen. Initiierung und Leitung von Projekten zur Verbesserung der operationellen Effizienz und Servicequalität. Überwachung der Teamleistung und Förderung von Personalentwicklungsinitiativen. Förderung eines positiven, kooperativen Arbeitsumfelds und Förderung der Zusammengehörigkeit unter den Teammitgliedern. Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kollegen zur Verbesserung und Aufrechterhaltung von Konsistenz in globalen Prozessen. Zusammenarbeit mit den Global Quality-, Manufacturing-, Product- und Engineering-Teams für eine nahtlose Integration neuer Produkte in das Serviceangebot.
Was Sie mitbringen
Ein relevanter Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich bevorzugt. 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung eines ähnlichen Rückgabe-/Reparaturzentrum-Betriebs. Solides Verständnis der Kernprozesse und Schritte eines Reparatur-, Rückgabe- und Refurbishment-Betriebs. Nachgewiesene Führungsqualitäten und Erfahrung im Budgetieren. Fortgeschrittene Computerkenntnisse (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse von MRP/ERP-Systemen). Ein Teamplayer mit einer "geht nicht, gibt's nicht"-Einstellung, der in der Lage ist, mit minimaler Anleitung zu arbeiten. Starke Planungs-, Organisations-, Priorisierungs- und Multitasking-Fähigkeiten. Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Verständnis von ISO 9001 QMS. Vorherige Erfahrung in der Verwendung von MS Dynamics 365 bevorzugt. Erfahrung mit PowerBI und Tableau von Vorteil.
