Olo is looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our Professional Services team, partnering with our brand customers on the Olo Engage platform to strategize and oversee the execution of their CRM & Loyalty programs.
This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team, acting as a trusted partner to the largest names in the restaurant sector. You will be accountable for the success of marketing campaigns with a focus on guest segmentation and targeted outreach across a brand’s various channels (email, SMS, push notifications) including campaign set-up, monitoring, pacing, optimization, tracking, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a background and proven track record of performing tasks and executing strategies within marketing technology tools including Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, and Sentiment (customer feedback). This person will also have a data-first mentality. Understanding how to take large, complex sets of data and interpret them into actionable insights to execute on behalf of your brand partners.
You will report to and partner directly with the Associate Director of Professional Services.
You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $64,951-$93,120 annually, depending on the experience you bring and your location. We look forward to discussing your salary expectations and our full total rewards offerings throughout the interview process.
