• Lead store Sales & Service team to meet targets
• Elevate guest experience and brand standards
• Oversee floor and back-of-house operations
• Partner with GM to implement business strategies
• Ensure scheduling, staffing, and training for the team

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Agile with multitasking in a changing environment
• Independent work ethic, time management, accountability
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk all shift
