Client Success Manager - Marine Division

Storable is looking for a Client Success Manager to add to our Marine Division. As a Client Success Manager, you will play a critical role in building strong, long-term relationships with our marine industry customers by serving as the subject matter expert (SME) providing guidance and best practices relevant to retaining and growing accounts while mitigating risk. This specific role will serve as the primary point of contact for one of our enterprise customers and requires on-site travel up to 10 business days per month.

Our solution allows customers to optimize the way they engage with their customers and helps track rentals, vessels, space availability, reservations, service, and inventory. What you will do every day:

  • Deliver value and customer satisfaction through all stages of the customer lifecycle. 
  • Help customers achieve their business goals. 
  • Serve as a product, company, and industry ambassador educating prospects and customers on the capabilities of our platform.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing by providing customer insights on what innovation and continuous improvement is needed in the user experience, product capabilities/features, and customer engagement process. 
  • Serve as the primary interface to manage and resolve all customer issues
  • Identify and forecast risk as well as growth opportunities within our portfolio

What you need to bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of Client Success, Implementation, or Client Support experience
  • Ability to build trust and credibility by understanding and addressing client requirements
  • Demonstrated analytical, relationship-building, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage the challenges of handling multiple accounts while providing excellent client service. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms with a strong Accounting and Bookkeeping component
  • Successful candidates will be: resourceful, perceptive, innovative, flexible, and have a genuine curiosity in our clients’ business needs. Goal and results oriented, optimistic, value added mindset, proactive and easily adapts to the evolving needs of a scaling business. 
  • Highly collaborative and works well with internal and external teams 
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical audiences
  • Willing to travel periodically based on client and business needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or  In lieu of a degree, 2+ years of relevant experience in Client Support, Implementation, and Client Success will suffice.

$89,000 USD
