Role
The Customer Growth team at Ushur drives adoption and value realization for Ushur customers. This is a full time role for an Instructional Designer, located in Bengaluru. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning solutions that drive learning outcomes. This will include creating learning objectives, developing learning plans, and designing and developing learning content. The role also includes working collaboratively with team members to deliver engaging and highly effective learning experiences. Responsibilities:
Conduct research on assigned projects to develop a project framework and basic understanding of the subject matter.
Create or collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop content, including text, multimedia elements (such as videos, images, and audio), interactive elements, and assessments.
Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and conducive to learning, ensuring ease of navigation and accessibility for all learners.
Identify required conceptual procedural content, content sequencing, flow of information, and relevancy of media, using the instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM
Develop and integrate content, and materials, to meet detailed design, and standards, and support the overall learning goals and objectives in either e-learning, ILT, or vILT deliveries.
Review deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency with the detailed design before delivery.
Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders, analyze data on learning outcomes and user engagement, and iteratively improve the e-learning solution over time.
Evaluate course assessment results and identify continuous improvement areas and enhancements based on lessons learned; modify process steps as appropriate for client situations.
Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in instructional design and e-learning to enhance your skills and expertise continuously Skills & Experience:
A degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with eLearning software such as Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Lectora preferred
Training and Development and Curriculum Development skills
Proficient in organizing complex information for learner accessibility.
