📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one home health nursing for adults/pediatrics
• Flexible schedules with 1st-3rd shifts; FT/PT/PRN
• Document care in CareConnect electronic charting
• Implement and update plans of care; monitor patient status
• Educate patients and families; promote independence
• Travel within service area; near-home assignments

🎯 Requirements

• RN with current valid nursing license
• Flexible schedule including FT/PT/PRN and 1st-3rd shifts
• In-home care delivery
