1:1 Adult & Pediatric Nurse, RN

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 home health nursing to adults and children
• Deliver private-duty skilled nursing per care plan
• Monitor patient status, meds, and vital signs
• Collaborate with families and BAYADA team
• Promote safety, infection control, and comfort
• Uphold BAYADA values and compassionate care

🎯 Requirements

• Current Minnesota RN license in good standing
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• 1:1 home health/private duty experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, documentation, and bedside skills
• Flexible schedules including evenings/weekends
