1:1 Home Care Nurse (LPN)

📋 Description

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Hands-on care with one client
• Build client relationships and watch their milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma required)
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Passion for pediatric or adult care
• Experience in private duty/home health nursing preferred
