1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

📋 Description

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluation
• Hourly rate $30.00-$36.00 and sign-on bonus up to $5,000
• Offers traditional shifts (8s, 10s, or 12s) and short commute times

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma
• A minimum of five months of LPN experience
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
