🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current PA nursing license in good standing
• 1:1 patient care experience (private duty/home health)
• Strong communication and compassionate care
• Ability to manage limited mobility patients
• CRITICAL: Pedi/Heme/other specializations not required
