1:1 Nurse (LPN)

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on 1:1 care for pediatric and adult clients in home settings
• Travel to client homes and follow, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (indicated by transcript or diploma)
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state
