1:1 Nurse (RN)

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one home health care for adult and pediatric clients, including advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilation management.
• Paid self-directed and tailored training to advance your skills.
• Available shifts: morning, evening, overnight; 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts; PRN/Part-Time/Full-Time; no weekend or minimum requirements.
• We prepare nurses with paid training from day 1, simulation labs, 24/7 clinical support by phone, and electronic charting using AlayaCare.
• We care for clients of all ages and acuity levels and offer paid training to feel confident on your first shift.
• Bonus opportunities available for certain shifts with up to $1,500 total potential bonus.

🎯 Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
