1:1 Pediatric Home Care - Evening Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Carry out 1:1 pediatric home care with low acuity and tracheostomy/ventilator cases in Atlantic and
• Provide hands-on nursing in the client’s home with one client per day, following physician orders
• Travel to client homes near you on a schedule you choose; document and follow up on doctor’s orders.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; valid NJ nursing license in good standing.
• Registered Nurse with passion for skilled nursing and private duty/home health care.
• Experience in pediatric home care and vent/tracheostomy management preferred.
• Ability to document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
