📋 Description

• Deliver one-on-one home health care to clients
• Manage and update patient care plans and progress
• Document care using Statewise electronic charting
• Collaborate with field team and 24/7 on-call clinical support
• Serve clients of all ages and acuity levels
• Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Multi-state licensure required
• Ability to care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels
• Proficiency with electronic charting; Statewise preferred
