📋 Description

Provide private duty in-home pediatric nursing from birth to 18.
Deliver high-quality care including complex care like trach & vent.
Perform clinical assessments and follow care plans.
Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.

Travel to cases as assigned within Erie County.

🎯 Requirements

Active and current LPN or LVN license.
Home health or pediatric experience welcomed, but training provided.
No pediatric experience? We will train you.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Calm, compassionate with strong assessment and communication.
