1:1 School Nurse - LPN

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality pediatric care (birth–18).
• Provide complex care incl. trach & vent management.
• Educate families and provide guidance.
• Perform clinical assessments.
• Deliver nursing care per the care plan.
• Administer medications and therapies.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current LPN or LVN license.
• Home health exp preferred, but training provided.
• No child exp? we will train you!
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Calm, with strong assessment and communication.
