1:1 School Nurse - LPN

📋 Description

• One-on-one in-home pediatric nursing for ages birth-18.
• Provide private duty care for school-aged clients in Erie County.
• Autonomy to apply clinical skills within a larger team.
• Deliver high-quality care per care plan and document accordingly.
• In-home care includes complex tasks such as trach & vent management.

🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN or LVN license.
• Home health experience welcomed but not required; training provided.
• No experience with children? We will train you.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Calm, reassuring presence with strong assessment and communication.
