📋 Description

• 1:1 in-home pediatric nursing for ages birth-18
• Provide complex care including trach & vent management
• Assess, care plan adherence, and nursing care
• Medication administration and therapies
• Family education and support
• Travel to cases as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN license
• Home health exp welcomed but not required
• We will train you
• Travel to assigned cases
