1:1 School Nurse (LPN)

📋 Description

• Travel to one client home on a schedule you choose
• Care for patients one-on-one with a single client
• Follow doctors' orders and document accordingly
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Short commute times near your home

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state
• Experience with pediatric and adult 1:1 care preferred
