📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one pediatric in-home nursing care (birth to 18) in-home setting.
• Deliver high-quality care under the care plan with clinical autonomy and teamwork.
• Support school-aged clients in Erie County for 2026/27 school year.
• Work in a role that emphasizes compassionate, reliable patient care.
• Traverse to cases as assigned to meet patient needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current license to practice as a professional nurse (LPN or LVN).
• Previous home health care experience welcome but not required; training provided.
• No prior pediatric experience? Training will be provided.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Strong communication and assessment skills; patient, compassionate care.
